![]() ![]() Our club is a collegiate chapter within the AMA (American Marketing Association) a large network of marketing professionals. Select students in leadership roles at GCLA are also chosen to represent Georgia College at national conferences and industry networking events. GCLA invites logistics and supply chain professionals from different industries to speak at monthly meetings, and provides opportunities for students to attend industry conferences, and tour facilities such as the Georgia Ports Authority, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Target, and IKEA. GCLA works to foster an appreciation of logistics as a motivating force in industry and commerce, through a focus on career development and networking with industry professionals. The Georgia College Logistics Association (GCLA) is aimed at students interested in logistics and transportation.
